Provided Wi-Fi networks to various departments, including Chemistry, Zoology, and Pharmacy & international relation enhancing digital accessibility for academic purposes.

Installed ceiling fans and water coolers in several departments, improving comfort for students and faculty.
3. Political Science Department Revamp:
Upgraded the Political Science Department’s library with new furniture and modern equipment to enhance the study environment.
4. Cultural Sponsorship:
Sponsored a Quranic Academy exhibition in Karachi, fostering cultural and academic growth.

Supported drought-affected areas in Sindh by installing solar-powered tube wells and hand pumps, providing access to clean and sustainable water sources.

Modernized classrooms in the Economics Department with new furniture, creating a more conducive learning environment.

Promoted Covid-19 awareness campaigns in Houston, TX, during the global pandemic, focusing on health and safety within the community.

The purpose of Jamia Karachi formation was to offer access to a great network of experts, leaders and even legends to build relationships between old and future Alumni members and help Karachi University in providing services in various fields by installing WiFi systems in different departments, refurbishing labs with modern equipments and building model classrooms. Also, help future Alumni in seeking admissions to foreign Universities in the State of Texas.
Any Alumni of Jamia Karachi who resides in the State of Texas, nearby regions and future Alumni of Karachi University, and also those who have remained affiliated in the past and have obtained a degree and are now residing in Pakistan.

Yes, there is a membership fee of $ 20 per year, the day from becoming a member covering the cost of our services. Please refer to our website or contact us for details or any questions regarding the fee structure.
Jamia Karachi will provide networking services by joining old and new Alumni. The senior Alumni can advise juniors in different fields, i.e., in getting admissions, seeking educational visas and guiding future Alumni to join respective career fields.
